favourite opening credits

What are your favourite opening credits on tv shows or movies, maybe give a little reason.
here's one of mine

Dexter. Now I know some people will complain about it being too long for an opening sequence but look at it. The music works perfectly with the visuals. Add in the fact that when you're watching it on the show, you know dexter is a sociopathic serial killer and this morning routine gains a whole new layer of subtext. Everything comes together to make what should seem normal, seem quite creepy yet at the same time never fails to make me hungry.

I'd agree with Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.

Add the first original Pink Panther film to that list.

I love True Blood's intro, and I agree with Lord of War, too.

I can't really think of anything else. I still like the Friends intro despite having seen it 10,000 times, but I wouldn't call it a favourite.

Goodness! I hadn't seen this in so long, I barely remember it.

It's a good intro, but I hated the show. I'd watch the opening and then change the channel.

This is turning into the cartoon thread again.

And i was probably the only person who watched the second one.
Fucking awesome shit to have on in the morning in 2001.
*gasp* and rob zombie for the ending theme.

Also you might wish to take a look at all the free shows they have up on youtube now.

Courage the Cowardly Dog. It showed villains from a few episodes, was always different, and had the cool ass mask.
Quote
They're pretty to look at. They're versatile. You can honk them. You can slap them. You can stick your willy in between them. You can bury your head in them. They produce milk, ideal for a post-coital drink. When accompanied with clothes you can stick a pen or other bric-a-brac between them for storage purposes. They're hypnotic. When in the middle of sexytime and they're shaking and bouncing all over the shop, like some sort of beautiful milky ocean or two boob-shaped aeroplanes experiencing major turbulance.
